  1. TrainingBase for 32 bit Windows -- Readme file

  3. TrainingBase is distributed electronically. Prior
  4. to registering TrainingBase you may use it as 
  5. shareware subject to copyright laws. As shareware
  6. this program's databases are limited to a maximum
  7. of 50 records. When you register TrainingBase you
  8. will receive a code to enter which will allow you
  9. an unlimited number of records in your database. 
  10. A set of disks will not be sent after registration,
  11. as you already have all the necessary files to run
  12. the full version of TrainingBase, unless you 
  13. specifically order them. If you include an email 
  14. address you will receive your code by email with 
  15. a confirming letter, otherwise you will only 
  16. receive a letter.

  116. INSTALLATION NOTES:
  117.  
  118. If you have installed a previous version of
  119. TrainingBase please run the uninstall program 
  120. prior to installing this version. You can
  121. uninstall using the control panel "Add/Remove
  122. programs" dialog in Windows 95. (Although the
  123. uninstall program will not delete your database
  124. files it is always a good idea to back up the 
  125. files. (with an ".MDB" extension) To determine 
  126. which version of TrainingBase you have go to the 
  127. About box and check the version number. After 
  128. running the uninstall program manually delete the
  129. following files from your Windows/System directory
  130.     Graph32.ocx
  131.     Graph32.oca
  132. Then run this installation program.

  134. To install TrainingBase on your hard disk if you 
  135. have downloaded it electronically:
  136.  
  137.   Windows 95 or Windows NT 4.0:
  138.   1. Run Tbase32.exe in a temporary directory.
  139.   2. Select "Run" from the Start Button.
  140.   3. Click "Browse" and select setup.exe from 
  141.      the temporary Directory.
  142.   4. Click "OK".
  143.   5. Follow the on screen prompts.

  145.   Windows NT 3.51:
  146.   1. Run Tbase32.exe in a temporary directory.
  147.   2. Choose the Run command from the File menu 
  148.      in Windows Program Manager or File Manager.
  149.   3. Type "c:\temp\setup.exe" (substitute the 
  150.      appropriate drive and directory for your
  151.      temporary directory).
  152.   4. Press Enter.
  153.   5. Follow the on screen prompts.

  155. To install TrainingBase if you have purchased 
  156. TrainingBase on disk:
  157.  
  158.   Windows 95 or Windows NT 4.0:
  159.   1. Insert Disk 1 in your 3.5" floppy drive.
  160.   2. Select "Settings" - "Control Panel".
  161.   3. Double Click "Add/Remove Programs".
  162.   4. Click "Install".
  163.   5. Follow the on screen prompts.

  165.   Windows NT 3.51:
  166.   1. Insert Disk 1 in drive A.
  167.   2. Choose the Run command from the File menu 
  168.      in Windows Program Manager or File Manager.
  169.   3. Type A:\SETUP (substitute the appropriate 
  170.      drive letter for your system).
  171.   4. Press Enter.
  172.   5. Follow the on screen prompts.
